3. Anti-Slip Quartz Grit Surface Physics (DIN 51130 R13)
Industrial wet floors, offshore marine jetties, and oily chemical plant platforms represent severe slip hazard zones. Our gratings feature high-hardness angular quartz silica grit permanently embedded and chemically bonded into the top resin surface, achieving a certified DIN 51130 R13 slip resistance rating (friction coefficient > 0.85) even under continuous oil and seawater immersion.
4. Dielectric Electrical Safety & Fire Retardancy
In high-voltage electrical transformer yards, power substations, and battery charging rooms, metallic steel grating poses life-threatening electrical shock and arc-flash grounding risks. FRP gratings are engineered with dielectric breakdown voltage exceeding 35 kV/inch, providing total electrical insulation with zero earthing required.
For enclosed indoor facilities, our brominated fire-retardant resin matrices satisfy ASTM E84 Class 1 (Flame Spread Index < 25) with self-extinguishing characteristics per UL 94 V-0.
